i am on a monthly sim only plan as i am not a heavy user i would like to go on to 02 pay as u go with my same number how do i do that? any help will be much

appreciated... thankyou!

reason is i want to give my monthly sim to a family member who will be using with my number how do i transfer on to their name do i need to call 02?

You can't do that.

Once you transfer your number, your contract will be cancelled and you will be charged if early termination fees are applicable.

Your family member will need to get their own account with O2 and to undergo whatever credit checks O2 deem necessary. 👍
