Hi,

I have 3 PAYG numbers and on My O2, the devices under those numbers are incorrect. I was told that the devices should update automatically, but that does not happen.

I called customer services and was told to "Remove this device", which I did and now that number does not come up in MyO2.

I was told by Customer Services that they can't help me in this issue, which seems ridiculous.

I need the three devices linked to their respective numbers and the removed device restored.

I would very much appreciate any helpful information.

Many thanks and kind regards,

Cret.

@CRET

In My O2 do you have a pencil icon next to the My Device section?

If so you can change the device name yourself.

However, for more than one device, you probably need the help of O2.

ALL numbers to call are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

0800 587 4005 is considered the best one to try.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for your help on that - I've now emailed O2 and hope they can sort it.
