Is classic still available (ie you top up when you want to rather than every month) ?
O2 site is confusing, it says existing customers can't transfer to it but doesn't mention new customers

Asda, Giffgaff and 1p Mobile still have them

O2 are promoting this

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
