Switch PAYG to Big Bundle 5

Hi there,

 

I have an O2 PAYG sim with a tariff called O2 unlimited. I currently have £6.07 and no active or remaining allowance. I want to switch to the Big Bundle 5 PAYG tariff. I have texted earlier today to 21300 and have just tried the switch through my O2 online account and it still hasn't switched. How long does it take to do so, and do I need to do anything to force through the switch?

Did you text the following?

  • BIGBUNDLE5 for the £5 tariff

If so, it should change on your anniversary date (your normal top up date).

Yes I did the text. It finally changed tariff about an hour later.

 

Will I get a text warning me when the bundle will expire, so I can top up before?

Yes you will.

You should ensure you have £5 credit on the 8th each month.

Minimum top up is £10 so will cover you for 2 months.
