Hello,

 

I just topped up pay as you go for £10.00 and got a confirmation text stating now I have £10.00 credit with 2GB data. But the internet is not working on my mobile . Please assist.

First try turning off and on again. 

Then, text the word “active” to 2020 

Also ensure that you have mobile data turned on in phone settings.
