pac code PAYG no credit

Hi  I am trying to obtain a PAC code for a payg 02 sim card, but have no credit.  Please can someone contact me as to how I can do this as I understand that it is hard trying to do this via telephone.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Unless you top up you will need O2 to generate the code for you manually.

@traceyg As long as the sim has been topped up at some point this shouldn't be a problem. I will send you a private message so we can get this sorted.
