ordered payg big bundle for 10£. I should have 21Gb data but i have only 8Gb allowance. Could you tell me please whats wrong thank you

You can tap on the data roundel in the app to get more detail but it may take 24 hours to fully update.

Occasionally, you won't see the extra data, but it will be used first before your 8gb.

tapping on roundel doesnt work online i tried it in 2 web browsers. Theres no roundel in the android app. I gave up for today maybe they update it during week or i call them then thanks

I was referring to the app @Ico but they must have changed it since I had a PAYG sim.

yep i started with app i didnt see the roundel there so i went online to check it.  Its called the act of desperation slight_smile

The layout of the PAYG app changed about six months' ago @MI5 ; it now contains far less useful information than previously and does try to nudge PAYG customers towards contracts. 👍
