I wish to switch to O2 since there is a better signal at home than my current provider.

I've ordered a Sim (twice) on line but neither have been delivered. I tried live chat, but after 5 minutes of profuse apologies etc sent my name & address, asked again for the Sim and signed off. Still nothing.

Any explanation ?

Well, the three working days are up since I last ordered a SIM, and I still don't have any of the four I've ordered so far.

I noted the order number for the latest which is 878481.

Maybe this could be tracked ?

Can you possibly try getting it sent to a friend to see what happens? It can still be in your name.

I agree with that. Something going badly wrong if the post office have failed to get 4 sims to you. I would be blaming O2 if it was just one...but 4.... seems like an address issue to me?.

Hey @STANBY I think it's a good idea what was suggested above, to see if it gets delivered to another address. In the meantime I've also dropped you a PM to see if we can investigate further. slight_smile

Do you usually have problems with Royal Mail?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

5th SIM delivered within 2 days of ordering to my friend's address, so the O2 problem is solved thank you.

Never had any problems with Royal Mail before, so the cause of the disappearing SIMs remains a mystery.

Thanks everyone.
