You need to report it via this route Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
If you contact O2 they will send you a new sim. Use any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or Social Media....you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

As it's PAYG you won't have any extra charges to be liable for so the most straightforward way is to order a free sim from here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go and then call O2 to migrate your old number to the new sim Guide: Migration & porting into O2
