Solved: international bolt on with £5 big bundle?

My mother aged 90 has a non smartphone with a £5 unlimited uk calls bundle in her nursing home and needs no data. My sister has moved to Spain so can I add the international bolt on so she can ring her for £0.03p per minute as well as having unlimited uk landline and mobile calls or is the international big bundle at £10 the only way to go as I am worried about the 500 minutes a month not being enough for her@

The £3 bolt on is for monthly contracts.

On PAYG, the only option is the international SIM.
