is theree anyway to contact customer service through live chat in the my o2 android app and if there is then how do i do it?

However live chat closes at 11pm so you cant contact them till 8am.

If you are viewing this on your mobile then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a section titled Help and Support...under that is 'Contact Us'. If you click on that it will give you all the options available,

Yes. Tap on Help at the bottom of the screen then tap on O2 Gurus
