I bought an O2, 15 pound bundle, upon reentering the UK at the end of July, and after a bit of fuss, eventually got it to work... A month later, I put another 10 pounds onto it,(that was on the 28th - yesterday), however now I find myself with just a balance of 4 pounds! thats after 1 day! How can I find out what's happened ?

Hi @Confused
With Big Bundles your money is taken and used as allowances
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles
However if you have concerns and as we have no access to your account then you may want to ring customer services and ask them for further advice https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Best of luck and welcome to the forum

Is there any online list of where the money has gone, i.e. in terms of calls made, duration and costs ?
