Resolved! fraudulent charges

I am being charged for expensive overseas calls which I did not make, and my outgoingcalls have been cut off as a result. I am having great difficulty getting through to anybodyto explain this problems. Has anybody else had a similar problem?

I topped up about 8hours ago on the £15 big bundle. I get a message about 10mins ago saying that I have no data, no calls or messages and need to top up again. Had anyone else had this happen?
