Resolved! Sister's phone on O2 now says invalid SIM

My Sister does not use her Doro PhoneEasy very often but today she turned on the phone only to find 'Invalid SIM' displayed on the screen and hence cannot make any calls. She had plenty of balance but does this mean perhaps she has not used the phone...

Bolt on added that I never ordered

I was sent an email that my order for a £4 bolt on had been actioned and then I was charges £4 on my next bill. I have never ordered a bolt on so what is going on

Hi All, I did a sim swap, as my old sim wouldn't fit my new phone. The old sim had around £60 credit. O2 sent a new sim, which is great, but how do I get the credit back after they switched off the old sim?
