Is it just me or is it England? The inability of O2 to accept a credit card with a post code outside the UK, just blows me away. In this day of internet connectivity why is so hard for O2 to accept foreign credit cards to top up??? Utterly frustratin...

How do I get a new E-Top up card? I'm not sure I've ever had one. I normally top up over the Web but I've given my old mobile to my wife. She is a 1G person and prefers to top up at our newsagents rather than any fancy Internet nonsense.
