I have recently had an issue with a tariff taking my money and not giving me the tariff back, im going to contact them asap when they open (probs would have done that by now) do they have a history file because i have since deleted the text saying it took money for the tariff so im worried i cant prove it but i assume that they have a system where they can see the recent texts they have sent me or even my purchase history??

Call 4445 in the morning from 8.00am.
They will have all the purchase history.
