I made payment by accident I bought £10 data I do not need can I get full refund please ?

If the over-payment was to a PAYG number, @Kay14, the amount you added will remain on the number until your next date for renewal, at which point it will be consumed to give you another month of service - assuming you have bat drawn on the £10 by making chargeable calls or sending MMS messages in error (explained here: Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it ).

 

If the extra payment will cause you financial hardship, then reach out to the payment management team on the numbers given by @Cleoriff above, or use the free-call Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ). Good luck!

There are no refunds on PAYG.

Not just with O2 either, it's the same for all networks.
