Wifi calling is not available on PAYG, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I am on an O2 £10 Data Big Bundle per month. Would that make any difference?

No, still classed as PAYG by O2.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You have to have a contracted pay monthly sim.

That can be a sim only or a sim that comes with a device plan, that is all that is accepted.
