I had a pay as you go SIM and not long ago it was shut off. I can't get any service when the SIM card is in my iPhone and really need it as i need to get a confirmation code from my bank to that specific phone number, does anyone know how i can get it back up and running as i tried three times on the O2 phone line and got no where, also i had been using the sim so it wasnt cut off due to inactivity.

You need to top up every 6 months so that's why it is disconnected.
You will have to keep trying O2 as we are just customers here like yourself.

What sort of PAYG? If the old style classic when was it last topped up?
When did you last make a chargeable call.

it was last topped around jan 2023, last used around may or june 2023 and it a payg sim with like a big bundle you can pay every month kind of like a rolling plan basically.
