I am changing from pay as you go to monthly contract. Was told by shop that it would take 4 to 5 working days for my old pay as you go sim to go "out of service" and then when it shows "out of service: put in new contract sim....will my iPhone XR sho...
Been having no signal issues for a long time around my address location. Network status check says that there is a mast not working local to my post code area ME10 1TW. It's been like this for a long time and repair date keeps having goal post moved....
I have always had very poor mobile signal at home, 1 bar if lucky. I have switched my wife's phone to wifi calling but do not have that option on my Apple XR model. I note when checking network status on my O2 app it is saying that a phone mast close...
trying to contact O2 via option 4445 to try to activate my wifi Calling option on my iPhone XR but just getting continual music and no answer. Can anyone advise.
