Hi,

I recently topped up and have the big bundle. I appear to have spanked my £20 in three day’s but don’t know why - I have WiFi in the house and kids of data left and haven’t made calls. I need to check what I’m spending and obviously and frustratingly can’t. I’ve tried to find an agent I can speak to -
I don’t want to upgrade blindly in case I increase something I’m not using and obviously if I’ve done something erroneous I could benefit from not doing it again.

Is there any number/email that works to have this discussion with O2, please? Hi he contact is section just keeps putting me on a circle.
