I’ve received 5 texts now from the official o2 number telling me my password has been reset and my code is 999999. I’ve called the customer service team and every time they tell me it’s someone putting in my number accidentally and to change my password. I do this but it keeps happening, can anyone help?

@Confused4

We don't have account access so cannot help you but maybe @Marjo or @Martin-O2 can?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi there @Confused4 , I just caught up with your topic. Did you manage to sort this out with customer service in the end, or need any additional help? We don't have account access here on the community but I'd be happy to escalate to one of our Gurus just in case if they'd be able to check and advice on this.
