Unsuccessful top up

Hi,  I

 

've tried topping up my mobile numerous times but I just keep getting a message that it has been unsuccessful and to contact my bank.  I've spoken to my bank and they say they have had no notification that I have tried to make a payment to O2 so the problem isn't with them.  Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Does anyone else in your household have a debit/credit card that you could try ? Bar going out it seems like it would be the quickest short-term solution to your problem.

Top ups were playing up yesterday so may just be a system glitch.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
