I am new to UK and new user of O2 PAYG, £10 big bundle which includes UNLIMITED calls.
This was my first call to nearby DHL office. The call lasts for 7 minutes and 2 seconds according to the record on my phone. After the call end, a notification pop up window shows my credit is only £25.62 instead of £30.00.
How can this be unlimited minutes? I feel I got scammed. This should have been notified to me.
Should I not keep any credit to avoid such charge? Can someone explain it...? I wish to avoid unnecessary charge in the future.

Vry probably a number not covered by your tariff such as 0845 or 0870
These are charged at 55p/min

When you make a call on O2 PAYG it will say "bundle call" when you dial the number. This indicated that the call is included in your minutes.
If you don't get the message, it means you will be charged for the call if you have credit, or it won't connect if not.
