Solved: Unable to send text message error sim 1 error 38

I’m unable to send a text message. It just hangs and says ‘sending’. I have tried a couple of other numbers and they struggle but sent ok.

The message says unable to send message error sim 1 error 38. My signal is fine and tried it with wi-if off and on. But the one I’ve been trying all day just refuses to go. Does anybody know why?
