I am currently on a £10 Bundle unlimited minutes and texts and data.
I live in Bulgaria but make frequent visits to the UK, so decided to keep my UK phone as o2 kept the roaming. Since July when trying to phone UK landlines only, they come up as permentently engaged.
After 5 phone calls to Customer Services and the issue still unresolved and being told I need to change my bundle, I need to have bolt ons and finally I can change to a ESim and to go o to a different bundle. I have finally given up.
As anyone else had this issue?

Thanks in 15 years of being a Pay and Go customer I have never been charged for going over or advise that I have gone over
