If you have not already done so, you need to text 'Triple' to 2424 from your PAYG phone to activate this offer.
If you have sent the above text without success then you need to ring Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus between 8-8:30am is the best time to avoid a long wait on hold.

The Triple data will be applied as a bolt on, which will kick in when your first 8GB is used
