Triple data first month is not given

Today I have bought the pay as you go sim with 8gb of internet because of that triple offer. The staff told me that I will have 24gb this month but I only have 8gigs.

Is there any way to fix it otherwise I will go to o2 branch I bought the sim from

If you have not already done so, you need to text 'Triple' to 2424 from your PAYG phone to activate this offer. 

 

If you have sent the above text without success then you need to ring Customer Services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus between 8-8:30am is the best time to avoid a long wait on hold.

The Triple data will be applied as a bolt on, which will kick in when your first 8GB is used

I had the same question now as I just recently topped up. However I spoke to customer service and they informed me that it is only applied the second month on the anniversary date but text that number stated on the previous post. Good luck

And should show as a bolt on in My O2....?
