I set up 2 x Pay as you Go classic sims for my parents a couple of years ago. My Dad no longer has the ability to use a mobile and I wanted to transfer the credit to my mum's SIM. A call to customer services resulted in them saying that they no longer do this- transfer credit to another number, both sims are in my name. Anyone else had recent experience?

@Mel12 I think whoever you spoke to at O2 is telling you porkies. See this guide. If it doesn't help, try calling customer service again.
