Hello,
Yesterday I have changed my tariff to 20£ Data Big Bundle and loaded 20£ by my debit card.
Then system took £10 automatically for 10 data Big Bundle tariff and send message to me: Your balance is 10£ and you need to load more £10 for activate your tariff. But I already spent 20£.. Please change my tariff with 20£ Big Bundle.
