I am attempting to top up my phone, and obviously I have missed something, as the 4444 number is not recognised, and as I am currently living in The Netherlands for a few months, I cannot top up online, as I have a foreign address, the billing section won't accept it. How am I meant to top up my phone?

It's a mystery! A really inconvenient one. I'm contemplating resetting my phone. If I discover what the issue is, i'll post it, in case anyone else is encountering it. perserving
