Solved: Topped up wrong number

Iv switched networks from id to o2, i kept my number so waited for it to change over but i topped up too early and the 10 credit has gone onto the other number instead of the one i kept. Is there anyway of transferring top ups or will i need to top up again

If it's the same account the credit will remain when the number ports in to O2.

You can ring 4445 but I'm sure they will tell you that you have to top up again.

Restart after using my allowance

Close account

Inheriting account/phonenumber from parent

Money taken yet phone not topped up!

wifi calling
