I have recently purchased a o2 sim card and have activated it and bought a £10 bundle that gives me 7GB of data. However, any time i turn my mobile data on it just states KB instead of GB and it doesn't work at all. I checked to make sure i bought data and it was confirmed that i did but for some reason its not working at all, along with the fact that under the sim card in settings its number is stated as unknown when usually with sim cards it tells you the phone number of the sim. Any ideas?

You need to call O2 on 4445. They open at 8am tomorrow.
