I put £10 on and the bundle said it included unlimited calls and text with 6gb and I have £2 left in the space of a day. It’s been taking money from me and calls and texts are supposed to be unlimited for a month

Credit is exchanged for allowances, so you don't see the credit as an amount on your account.
