Top-up with paper receipt

Hello I bought a pay as you go SIM today where I already paid the £10 for, I have put the SIM in the phone but it says I have zero balance. So I went to call 444 4 to try add a voucher code in to redeem but I can't seem to find a 16 digit code on my paper receipt or my 02 SIM card packaging.

You need a voucher to top up first,then you will find the 16 digit code.

Credit is exchanged for allowances so your balance will be zero but you will have inclusive calls, texts and data for standard UK numbers Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
