Hello I bought a pay as you go SIM today where I already paid the £10 for, I have put the SIM in the phone but it says I have zero balance. So I went to call 444 4 to try add a voucher code in to redeem but I can't seem to find a 16 digit code on my paper receipt or my 02 SIM card packaging.

You need a voucher to top up first,then you will find the 16 digit code.
