O2 have suddenly stopped me from topping my account up by bank card. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

If you are in a Rolling Plan, a recent PAYG product Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" then there are issues with collection of fees from the registered card at the minute, on O2's side, @Vicky3219.

If you are on a Big Bundle PAYG product and are suddenly having top-up issues via O2's Web Top-Up service, then the other ways to top up have been shared in @MI5's answer above - the top-up line should work, 4444, in my experience, for Big Bundle renewals. Good luck!

I have had O2 Classic PAYG and Big Bundle SIMs for over 25 years and have never once experienced issues topping-up using vouchers purchased from a local newsagent. The old methods are the best. 👍
