@Kevin54 The site needs to be maintained because there are millions of pounds of monetary transactions that occur every day. Even when it's maintained there are still errors. If it wasn't there'd be many more. I'm sure you wouldn't be happy if there were constant errors regarding your account.

Also there have been some ongoing issues with the My O2 app for the past week.
Most people have been affected but they are rolling out fixes. See here..
