Stop auto top up

Hey, I want to stop auto top up, but i can fund it online from O2 website and I tried call 4445 but it is not possible either. What I can I do? Thank you for your anwers

If it shows as a standing order with your bank cancel there but if you try on a pc the option to cancel should appear

otherwise you will have to call
