Hi
Ported in yesterday with no problems at all and rang CS to ask for these to be switched off as it's mildly annoying having to dismiss them before locking the phone.
Was told it can take up to 24 hours (I know this can happen as updates take time to propagate across servers) but it is now over this time and I still get them.
I have restarted the phone, any suggestions or do I need to drop them a message again?

Hi Yes you do. If you did this via live chat you are far better calling and speaking to an adviser. Chat doesn't have the best reputation for reliability.
