I have owned two mobile phone numbers for a number of years, one on an O2 pay monthly contract and one on another network.
I have recently ported in the number that was on another network to my O2 pay monthly contract, displacing the original number in the process.
I want to request for this number that has been displaced to be put onto an O2 pay as you go SIM card, after having spoken to customer services they have informed me of a process called a 'specific number request'. I have gone through this process with customer services however although I was informed that I would be notified once the process was completed I have heard nothing.
Customer services take me round in circles, bouncing me from pay monthly to pay as you go and back again, no one seems to know what's going on and barely anyone has heard of this process before so now I'm at a loss as to who to speak to.
Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
