I upgraded my phone from a s20 to an s22. The phone arrived yesterday with a blank sim and I followed the instructions and sent the text on my old phone. Since then, both my old phone and new phone aren't working for calls, texts or data. They both say SIM 1 not provisioned. I now can't call o2 to try and resolve this but also no one is responding to me on the o2 app to speak to an agent. What do I do?!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
