I have called O2 3 days ago and set up a SIM only contract. I am currently on pay as you go. I havent had any confirmation email or any details or anything through the post how do I know if this has actually been set up ?my O2 account still says I'm on pay as you go and nothings changed.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
