I recently travelled through Serbia and got charged £42 for interconnect/roaming charges. Where can I dispute these and/or obtain a full breakdown of the cost. £42 for 50mg of data is insanity and it was never this expensive before EU roaming

@IlonaM

There is nothing to dispute.

The charges are correct

Standard Rates

When in:  Serbia     Calling:  United Kingdom (UK)

Making calls - per minute£2.00

Sending texts - per message50p

Cost per MB of using data:

Data usage£7.20*

* O2 will automatically cap your data usage to £51.50 (50 MB) a month whilst you're abroad
