Receiver cannot hear me

hi everyone

 

Few months ago i migrated to O2 from its virtual network provider with the hope of getting relatively better voice calling signals which always got lost while on the call but unfortunately the same has been repeated now. As a matter of fact i am a pay as you go customer and after checking with the network coverage tool i can clearly see that there is no maintenance work is going on in my area but still i have been loosing the signals and receiptient cannot hear me which doesnt happens with EE network by using the same handset. What should need to be done.

@jazzz It would seem obvious that you should switch to EE.

Yes that's seems a natural solution to avoid all lies. Any idea about Asda mobile which usually powered by EE at low cost?

@jazzz Sorry, but I don't know about Asda mobile. As you're using Pay & Go, take it for a month and see how you get on with it. If it isn't to your liking you could then switch to EE.
