I am wondering whether you would be so kind as to help resolve an issue?
On 08/03/2023, a text message was received stating: "O2: Fancy an extra £3 credit? To get it, just top-up any amount once before 14/03/2023. After your top-up we'll send a text to confirm your credit's on its way…"
A £10 top-up was applied to the account on 11/03/2023, however the additional £3 credit has not been forthcoming, neither has the confirmation text.
Please could you kindly remedy this situation.

This is not O2 but a customer to customer forum.
