Hi, as lots of other people seem to be having the same issue i wondered if anybody actually managed to resolve it.
I put the request through to port my number over 8 days ago, and still nothing, but my EE number stopped working last Thursday. Phoned them every day, to be told they have re-done the "form" and wait 24 hours. Spoken to managers who promised to sort it, been put on hold for 1.5 hours, promised various times people would call me back etc etc.... please can anybody help me.
I even asked them to cancel the port in this afternoon, but as usual was given the line - you have to wait 24 hours!!!!
