Porting Old Phone Number into O2 Problems

I tried to port my old phone number to my new O2 contract on Monday last week; however I've not had any confirmation since submitting my PAC code and submitting. Has anybody else had the same issue?

Is this from a other network or is it O2 to O2? You don't need a PAC for the latter.

If you have followed the advice in this guide the  you need to keep on at O2

Hi Enlli,

 

I am trying to port my old number from Three to my new contract on O2. I have spoken with Three and they've not had any requests from O2 since I submitted last week and the code is still active until the end of the month.

I should add that I have submitted the PAC code to O2 over a week ago and haven't heard anything back

How did you submit the PAC to o2?

Sounds like it wasn't accepted or there was an issue @DannyXu

I submitted the PAC code via My O2 and have already tried to re-submit. On both occasions I receive the confirmation page confirming that it has been received and will occur the next working day however the number doesn't get ported after the allotted time.

Yup been trying since the start of August there is a know  glitch but no one seems to able to escalate it
