i requested a new sim card 10 days ago that has not arrived

It will have been lost by Royal Fail, so you will need to either Customer Services on 4445 and ask them to send a new one out... or pop into an o2 shop with photo ID and they can sort a replacement for you.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
