Problem with top-up

I attempted to top up my PAYG by £10 with a new credit card through the O2 app.  A message appeared saying the transaction had failed, so I thought I'd try again in case I made an error the first time.  That also said it failed.  If I go into the O2 app or website my balance has gone up by £20, but I haven't received the usual email saying the payment was successful.  Both the payments are showing as 'pending' in my credit card account.  My card company say that O2 has until 21st of this month to claim the payments, however I'm on a big bundle and I need to make sure I have funds for that to go out on 16th.

Any advice as to what to do?

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
