I ported my number from Lebara to O2 and received a message on old number from O2 that number would be ported by 6pm.
at around 12pm the sim went to no service and I put my o2 sim in phone (that was working the day before) but now it only shows emergency calls only and the number did not port.
Customer service keep wanting to port the number in again which I went through the process again, but it has already been done, now my old number keeps saying that I have dialed an incorrect number, and this persons phone is currently unavailable?
What is going on both my O2 sim and other network sims do not work. How do I get my number back? WHy did this happen

As Ports do not happen over the weekend, you may be stuck in limbo until Tuesday, @HGMX - will tag an O2 advisor who may be able to check for you this morning: @O2Georgina - can you help?
